61 year-old woman with excess and thickened upper and lower eyelid skin due to years of chronic allergies and inflammation. The patient underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty and is shown 1 month following the procedures.

59 year-old woman complaining of excess skin and droopy upper eyelids, wrinkles lower eyelids. The patient underwent blepharoplasty of both upper eyelids, ptosis repair of the left upper eyelid (internal approach) and blepharoplasty of both lower eyelids (pinch technique).
