This patient was complaining of droopy and heavy upper eyelids. She underwent ptosis repair via internal approach and upper blepharoplasty. The surgery took approximately 60 minuites with 1 weeks off from work dowtime. The post-operative photographs are taken 5 weeks after the surgery. She will continue to heal and improve for the next few months.

59 year-old woman complaining of excess skin and droopy upper eyelids, wrinkles lower eyelids. The patient underwent blepharoplasty of both upper eyelids, ptosis repair of the left upper eyelid (internal approach) and blepharoplasty of both lower eyelids (pinch technique). All procedures were performed in the office under local anesthesia.
Patient was complaining of heavy upper eyelids, tired appearance and unable to wear eye make-up as in the past. Bilateral upper blepharoplasty and lower eyelid laser skin resurfacing were performed at the same time.
Lower eyelid bags treated with lower blepharoplasty
This patient had asymmetry of the upper eyelids with hollowing of the left upper eyelid, causing an excess skin fold. One syringe of dermal filler (Juvederm Volbella) was used to restore volume of the left upper eyleid and create a more symmetric apperance.
