5 year old girl with congenital left upper eyelid ptosis.

Left lower eyelid ectropion (turning out) causing irritation, redness and tearing. Reconstructive surgery was done to correct the eyelid position.

64 year-old woman referred to Dr. Levin for a complication following cosmetic surgery.  Right lower eyelid reconstruction with canthoplasty and skin grafting.

Ectropion (turning out) of both lower eyelids causing redness, tearing, mucous discharge and irritation. Symptoms resolved following the surgery.

Excess skin of the upper eyelids (dermatochalasis) causing loss of the peripheral (side) vision. Functional (medically necessary) blepharoplasty was performed to improve the patient’s vision.

70 year-old woman complaining of droopy upper eyelids interfering with her vision. Ptosis surgery was performed via external approach. Lower eyelid transconjunctival fat repositioning and canthopexy were done at the same time.
