This woman was unhappy about her heavy upper eyelids and lower eyelid bags. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty and a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition.

This 52 year-old woman felt that her upper eyelids were heavy and made her look older and more tired. She underwent endoscopic brow lift and upper blepharoplasty to improve her appearance.

This patient had upper droopy eyelids with asymmetry and excess eyelid skin, lower eyelid bags and loose skin. She underwent upper blepharoplasty surgery with ptosis repair via internal approach and lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat tranposition and skin tightening.

Endoscopic brow lift (with endotines) and upper blepharoplasty

Droopy upper eyelids and excess eyelid skin were corrected in this patient with internal ptosis repair and blepharoplasty. The upper and lower eyelid skin was resurfaced with fractional laser at the same time to improved the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.

This patient was complaining of droopy and heavy upper eyelids. She underwent ptosis repair via internal approach and upper blepharoplasty.
