This patient had upper droopy eyelids with asymmetry and excess eyelid skin, lower eyelid bags and loose skin. She underwent upper blepharoplasty surgery with ptosis repair via internal approach and lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat tranposition and skin tightening.

Endoscopic brow lift (with endotines) and upper blepharoplasty
66 year-old man complaining about heavy and droopy upper eyelids. He underwent internal ptosis repair with blepharoplasty and direct lateral brow lift.
This patient was complaining of droopy and heavy upper eyelids. She underwent ptosis repair via internal approach and upper blepharoplasty. The surgery took approximately 60 minuites with 1 weeks off from work dowtime. The post-operative photographs are taken 5 weeks after the surgery. She will continue to heal and improve for the next few months.
Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty. The lower blepharoplasty was done with transconjunctival fat repositioning, skin tightening and canthopexy to obtain the most natural result.
This patient was complaining of heavy upper eyelids. Upper blepharoplasty was performed in the office under local anesthesia. The photos on the right are taken 4 weeks after the operation.
