Drooping left upper eyelid (ptosis) corrected via internal surgical approach without a visible scar

This patient was bothered by excess upper eyelids skin, asymmetry and droopy eyelids. Improvement was achieved via upper blepharoplasty and internal ptosis repair. The surgery was performed in the office with local anesthesia.

This patient had upper droopy eyelids with asymmetry and excess eyelid skin, lower eyelid bags and loose skin. She underwent upper blepharoplasty surgery with ptosis repair via internal approach and lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat tranposition and skin tightening.

Droopy upper eyelids and excess eyelid skin were corrected in this patient with internal ptosis repair and blepharoplasty. The upper and lower eyelid skin was resurfaced with fractional laser at the same time to improved the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
