Alyson
Practice Manager
Alyson has been with Dr. Levin since the opening of the practice. As Practice Manager, Alyson oversees the focus, development and quality of the entire practice. Alyson works hand in hand with Dr. Levin and her patients, coordinating all surgical procedures and ensuring that the entire process from consult to surgery, is smooth and stress free. With over 20 years experience in the cosmetic field, Alyson is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Dr. Levin’s cosmetic practice. From chemical peels, to injectables, to surgery, she can answer any questions patients may have. When she’s not at the office, Alyson enjoys spending time with her husband, their 3 girls, and their many pets.
Megan
Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC, RN-BSN)
Megan is an ANCC board certified Nurse Practitioner, dual-licensed in New York and Connecticut. A native of Maine, Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine and board certification from the American Nurses Association. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Pace University in New York City and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Megan joins us with over 12 years of perioperative and aesthetic experience in New York City. Her unique background in the surgical setting has allowed her to develop a strong medical foundation based on precision, attention to detail, and confidence. Her prior aesthetic experience solidified her in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and the aging process. Megan specializes in non-surgical cosmetic injectables including dermal fillers, Sculptra, Botox/Dysport, and PRP/PRFM. She is skilled in numerous energy and light-based technologies, chemical peels, and medical grade facials. Megan resides in Westport, CT with her husband and two sons. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Katie
Aesthetic Nurse, Laser Specialist, & Nurse Injector
Katie is a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut. She received her nursing degree at St. Vincent’s College and brings her extensive training and education as an aesthetic nurse to the practice. Her commitment to patient safety and education, along with her passion for her work, ensures patients will get the most effective result safely. Katie specializes in a wide range of energy and light-based technologies, including lasers, IPL, and radiofrequency devices. Additionally, Katie has extensive training with expertise in Botox/Dysport injections. Her specialized training in using technologies and neuromodulators in the eye area is an excellent complement to our oculofacial plastic surgery practice. Katie also has the privilege to assist Dr. Levin in surgery. This hands-on experience has given her a unique opportunity to study facial anatomy from the inside out. Her thorough training and mentorship with Dr. Levin have amplified Katie’s critical and creative eye for facial rejuvenation.
Diane
Medical Assistant & Aesthetician
Diane has been working in aesthetic medicine since 2005 and has worked alongside Dr. Levin since 2018. Diane admirably fills any role on any given day, from assisting Dr. Levin with procedures and consultations to answering phones and responding to emails. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding cosmetic procedures and skincare products. Diane enjoys connecting with our patients, listening to what brought them into the office, and seeing them through their journey. Her friendly and professional demeanor helps to make a more comfortable and informative experience.
Ana
Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Ana Shanley is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has over 40 years of clinical experience specializing in anesthesia for plastic surgery. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist and Connecticut Association of Nurse Anesthetist. She began her career as a staff R.N. in the ICU at St. Vincents Medical Center. She then continued her studies at Bridgeport Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia. She worked as a Clinical Instructor for Nurse Anesthetist and to this day continues to work freelancing in ambulatory facilities. During her time serving Ambulatory Facilities she worked with top plastic surgeons and has paved her way to leave a footprint of a caring bedside manner coming from a deep rooted caring place for all patients. Currently she finds herself having the privilege to work side by side with Dr. Flora Levin and her team of medical professionals.
Antonio
Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Antonio Cavicchia is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a specialty in ambulatory and plastic surgery. He has been practicing anesthesia in this setting for over 30 years in Fairfield County. His early years were spent in various hospitals including his position as chief nurse anesthetist at Park City Hospital and Greenwich Hospital. He has been instrumental in the certification and accreditation of many surgical centers in the state of Connecticut. Antonio has served on the board of directors of the Connecticut Association of Nurse Anesthesia and held the office of President for 6 years. He is currently working in several ambulatory centers with various surgeons including Dr. Flora Levin in Westport, CT.
Pam
Receptionist
Pam joined our practice in early 2022. She has a background in sales, fashion and design, but her warm personality is perfect for greeting our patients as they come in the door. Originally from New Jersey, Pam now loves calling Westport home. She enjoys spending time with her twin daughters when they are home from college.
