This young woman in her 30's always had hooded upper eyelids. She desired to have more of the eyeid showing to be able to wear makeup and improve the heavyness. The after photo is 4 weeks following upper blepharoplasty surgery. She still has mild swelling, which is expected, and will continue to improve.
